Great coworkers Great defense attorneys Unlimited PTO within reason Ability to learn multiple states and work with wonderful healthcare providers Fully remote

Cons

Some Management doesn’t trust their employees Management plays favorites when considering promotions Management claims to be transparent but aren’t Peer reviews annually by coworkers not just managers which plays into promotions and bonuses Top heavy with management Long hours to include the weekend

Pros

Remote work, good pay, low stress

Cons

Recent merger brings a lot of processes & procedure issues / convincinf different insurance companies. Sometimes the job can be a drag dictating legal fees and whether cases settled based purely on numbers. Poor pay for outside attorneys.
