Great place to work but horrible pay

Pros

The managers are great. They understand when things happen and you need a day off. The customers are usually pretty nice but there are some irate customers who can't wait 2 weeks for deliveries.

Cons

The pay. They start you at minimum wage and only offer 1.00 I'd you are made permanent. After being there for over 3 years I've only received 2 raises.

Pros

Extremely hard work, but extremely good pay. All the overtime you want to work. Bonuses for picking up extra shifts. 6% 401k match....I grossed $78,000 last year, and only worked 3-4 days per week.

Cons

The work is extremely hard and fast paced, but you can adapt and get good at anything.
