Pros

lunc in office [poor quality] 75% order or get lunch from home so practically not even a con

Cons

Hire-and-fire trap run by useless, inexperienced leadership, toxic micromanagement, treat India team like disposable interns); probation is a scam—40%+ axed right after 6 months with zero notice, no severance, just vague “fit” excuses; Q4 2025 layoffs gutted teams, survivors crushed under 60-hr weeks + US timezone hell; fake culture, HR ignores burnout, favoritism everywhere; DO NOT JOIN IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OFFER—run, this place will destroy your career and mental health. - Compensation & Benefits - Middle and entry level people have great culture

Cons

- Senior Leaders have high turn over - Constant reorganization with poor change management - Scope of work changes regularly - Will release FTEs and push work without backfilling - Expect job changes every Fall as the annual forecast is reduced

Pros

I have a great team of colleagues who care and want what's best for teachers, kids, and each other. Managers mean it when they say they want to help you.

Cons

Top leaders have kind of lost the pulse of what makes people want to work here. They are driven by business, profit, money, etc. Not so much focusing on the positive effect we have on kids. I get that right now is a tense time to be in education, but I wish the focus, at least when meeting with us, focused more on our impact and less on getting to know leadership/ "business" focused decisions.
