      Pros

      Management at CA is student centered, seeks out feedback, and works hard to maintain a positive culture. The onboarding process sets new employees up for success and once the onboarding process has ended, a support system remains. Furthermore, a work-life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      Since the pay is the same nationwide for CA, when transitioning from a position as an educator, it can mean a significant paycut.

      Great company to work for from CEO down. Great pay as well.

      Cons

      On boarding a little difficult being virtual completely. Unless you worked for a direct competitor, there may be holes.

      Terrific, super-smart colleagues, tremendous mission, constant drive to improve the experience of educators and students, not to mention employees. Also great benefits and employee perks.

      Cons

      Recruiting and retaining employees of color is a stated goal, but it needs consistent attention.
