      This is the first company that I've worked for that values people over profits. From the top down, there is respect demonstrated on a daily basis. Everyone's voice is heard and valued.

      Expect to work hard. Your responsibilities might carry over to other departments, meaning you have to be ready to carry the weight of the team outside your job description.
