      Leadership no longer listens to employees in the field—decisions feel top-down and out of touch Quotas are set unrealistically high with little to no consideration for the fact that open territories are shrinking or completely tapped out Instead of providing support, leadership pushes blame onto sales teams for missing impossible goals Culture has shifted from supportive and team-oriented to pressure-driven and numbers-only. Culture lacks celebration of employees and sales meetings celebrate absolutely nothing. Sales people need obtainable goals and celebrations when reaching them.
