      Beware of "Global" company with limited international ambition

      Pros

      The mission, co-workers, and product.

      Cons

      Company culture has shifted significantly in recent times and no longer the "best" place to work. Leadership is only focused on building the India office while forcing shared working hours across time-zones. The company is a US-centric multinational that relies on outsourcing to India with no plans for investment in those markets. All of this is impacting the culture and making it challenging for employees to work and be valued.

      Pros

      I’ve been at CA for several years and can genuinely say that the people are what make this company special. The culture here is incredibly supportive, collaborative, and uplifting. Everyone is passionate about the mission and dedicated to doing work that truly makes a difference. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by such incredible people.

      Cons

      At times, there’s a lack of transparency around upcoming changes, which can lead to confusion. But I’ve noticed recent changes to prevent this.

      *While times are challenging for most companies, CA is leaning into honesty and transparency. I appreciate the continued updates and insight (daily) into our sales. I also appreciate the support from multiple teams in the organization. Your colleagues want you to succeed here and go the extra mile to support!

      Cons

      *Just like any company right now, its hard to navigate the education field.
