      Pros

      Three months in and it has been one of my best experiences regarding employment! This company thinks about onboarding from every angle; having a buddy, supplying all needed equipment, asking for your opinion on things in order to better processes etc. You can really feel that they care about your work experience. Day to day is really about making a difference in the classrooms for both students and teachers. I feel proud to learn daily and look forward to that. I see that I am a valuable player and not just standing in the background! My NC team has been awesome with showing me the ropes and making me feel so welcomed!

      Cons

      The only downside is that everything is more virtual than in person but I feel the change on the horizon for that, sooner than later! Really...no cons yet!
