Work life balance - one of the best. Employees are encouraged to take time off and advised not to stretch beyond working hours unless urgent. 3. Insurance benefits - Best in terms of coverage, free annual health checks, discounted gym membership. 4. Perks that matters e.g- OPD benefits included, meal cards, leaves 5. A good pay master in the industry.
