      Pros

      I have been at Curriculum Associates for about 10 months, and have found this organization to be what my research showed. It is mission oriented, focusing on kids and schools, caring, supportive and forward looking. When I researched the company before accepting an offer, I literally could not find anyone that was critical of CA. I have found that since joining CA, it is still a postive and energizing place to work. It is so nice to work with other caring professionals that work hard, but also keep a strong family/life balance.

      Pros

      Love the way my team works together and supports each other. It's also great to be at a company that truly values hard work and makes an effort to be family-focused. Management is flexible about working from home or taking the time you need for your personal life. CEO is a really inspiring leader and he truly believes in the mission of the company - that makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

      No real cons. My role isn't your typical 9-5, but management is supportive about maintaining work-life balance and making sure you're developing personally and professionally, so I don't mind.
