Curriculum Associates provides a work atmosphere of TEAMWORK, where there truly is no "I" in Team. I am continually amazed at the hands on approach that the leadership team models for every employee and the recognition of a job well done or the productive feedback needed in order to be your best self. This highly dedicated group of educated professionals exemplifies servant leadership and allows us to put our boots on the ground to help children and teachers across the country improve, without compromising our integrity or values to do so. The icing on top are the friendships and connections I have made with colleagues and the fun we have together.

To me, one of the best aspects of CA's work environment is the flexibility. Working remotely has been a thing at CA for many years prior to the pandemic. During the pandemic, we have found so many ways to improve the remote work environment. On my team, everyone is passionate about making the best product possible with our given constraints. Collaboration is key, and we all pitch in to get things done as efficiently as possible. I have been here for many years, and I feel confident in decisions that are made. It seems like each year the company is more successful than the previous year, so I have never been worried about the future.
