      Pros

      The work is challenging (in a good way) and meaningful. The people are phenomenal. CA hires the best for regional team-level management. As a part-timer, you can easily set your own work/life boundaries. The travel is a pro for me. Work can take you to all sorts of interesting places. Best of all, you get to build meaningful partnerships with admin and teachers to support student outcomes.

      Cons

      CA is growing as a company. That comes with a lot of change, which can be hard and sometimes abrupt.
