Absolutely everything I was told regarding my job title and responsibilities proved to be true from the get-go.

Cons

It is a busy time of year for CA, but I would not call the stress that business brings along with it a "con," especially with the team support everyone offers in the office.

I am new to CA, and so far, everything I've heard and read has been 100% true. Salary and benefits are exceptional, and from the very first interview all the way to new hire activities, each person I've encountered has been kind, respectful, and passionate about making classrooms better for students and teachers. I've also found their processes to be sophisticated but simple, and the on-boarding process has been well-organized and thoughtful. I think this awesome start says a lot about who they are, and I'm feeling pretty lucky to have found this new work home!
