I’ve worked in many different roles, as a cashier, certified nurse, educator, tutor, content editor, and this is the first place I can truly say has been the best place for me. There’s a culture here unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and something spectacular happens when you get liked minded thought leaders in one company.

Cons

There are no downsides, just high expectations and you feel supported on your journey towards trying to reach those expectations. They have extensive product offerings so you have to do the work in learning them but they are fantastic! No downsides.

I have dreamed of being part of the CA family for over a decade and was finally ready to take the leap last year. It is the best career decision I have made. THE BEST DECISION. I was amazed that the CEO took time out of his day to wish me a Happy first Anniversary at CA! After my first year and reflecting on my time here, this is what stands out most- At CA we feel valued, we are supported, we have the space to think creatively, and we have a safe environment to explore solutions all of which allow us to be the best for our partners!

Cons

I have yet to find one con. Absolutely none!

Pros

After working in K-12 for over 20 years (teacher and admin), I made the change and joined CA.... and I'm so glad I did. The change has been a positive one is so many different ways, but the main difference I've noticed is how appreciated I feel with this company. From the CEO to everyone on my regional team, I feel like a valued member of the team. This has been the best year in my professional career, hands down.

That I didn't join CA sooner.
