      Pros

      I joined CA in an entirely different discipline while going through a programming bootcamp. I had intended this to just be temporary, but when it came time to look for an engineering job I just didn't want to leave. Employees are kind and driven. The work is engaging, and the company seeks to keep their employees engaged.

      Cons

      Working in the educational field means your industry can be subject to fickleness, but I'm sure that's the case for most any industry.

      Salary, wfh, flexible PTO and you get benefits

      Cons

      They play favoritism, laid off a bunch of people. Company doesn’t know what they want. Make you feel bad for using PTO. Benefits aren’t great.
