Pros

- Company Values: I genuinely align with the company's values, which makes my work feel purposeful and fulfilling; - Growth Opportunities: There are ample opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the company, making it an excellent place for long-term career development; - Collaborative Coworkers: I really enjoy working with my teammates—they’re supportive and make collaboration feel easy and enjoyable. - Co-op program: A strong co-op program that gives college students and recent grads practical experience, helping them kickstart their careers. Many co-ops are later offered full-time roles, which shows the company values growing talent from within. - Remote Work: The flexibility of being 100% remote is a huge advantage, especially in today’s market where remote options are becoming rarer;

Cons

This is the best company I've ever worked for, so I honestly don't have any complaints.

Pros

CA is full of hardworking and creative people who really care about their work and what they can do for students. I genuinely love my team and all the people I get to work with. The PTO plan is also very generous, and project managers encourage us to use it. Work-life balance is very easy to achieve because of this.

Cons

Projects tend to start with a lot of enthusiasm and big ideas, but due to our release schedule, development time is generally shorter than we'd like and more complicated ideas get scoped. Because we think big originally, the end product is still something worth being proud of, but it can be disheartening to go through every time.
