      It's not the same anymore

      - Amazing people - Meaningful work - Manageable workload - Generally flexible - Quality middle management

      Cons

      - New CEO who is just a proxy for the shareholders - Your job being replaced in India even though you only serve the US - Mergers & acquisitions while the best people on your team get fired - "Don't worry guys, AI will save us" - Arbitrary promotions - CTO is demoted but they won't name a new one and he's still making statements during layoffs like he has any power
