Pros

After working in K-12 for over 20 years (teacher and admin), I made the change and joined CA.... and I'm so glad I did. The change has been a positive one is so many different ways, but the main difference I've noticed is how appreciated I feel with this company. From the CEO to everyone on my regional team, I feel like a valued member of the team. This has been the best year in my professional career, hands down.

That I didn't join CA sooner.

Wonderful Company to Work For!

Pros

* I have worked on three teams so far and I have had great experiences with all of them. Great team members and a great product. * They have workshops every couple of months you can attend to learn something new * Flexible with time-off * The company has great values and the product is an online educational tool so if you want to work in education as a developer then this is a great place for you!

Cons

* Depending on which project your working on you might see some legacy code or large repos with a lot of developers making updates which can cause some redundancies in code, however this is a common experience at most large companies. CA also makes effort to resolve these issues, which is exactly what you want a company to be doing.
