Pros

Colleagues are always good, as they end up being the only reason to stay.

Cons

Bad management Horrible hours Bad pay Overworked Understaffed Higher ups delusional Expected to cover every facet of store level service Short breaks for hours of work Management don’t let you sit down Micromanagement all too common in management Taking time off becomes your problem not managements Benefits are bad, 10% discount on store goods Management against progression Company is against proper customer service, sales driven but will not properly follow through with after sale care. Higher management now moving to shrink in store customer service support as well. Toxic management Large amount of sales are iffy/dodgy Store managers and higher do not care for shop floor colleagues and will also often do dodgy things.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, although we do appreciate your positive comments about your colleagues. We understand how important supportive management, fair workloads, work-life balance, and progression opportunities are to our colleagues. While retail can be fast-paced and performance-driven, we want all colleagues to feel supported, listened to, and treated fairly. We regularly review our targets, scheduling, resourcing, and leadership approach to ensure expectations are clear and achievable. We also encourage open and honest conversations with line managers, mentors, or HR so concerns can be addressed appropriately. Feedback like yours is important and helps us understand where improvements may be needed.
