Massive internal progression, accelerated career path, loads of opportunities. Dixons Carphone is a massive company with lots of different directions to progress your career towards.

Cons

Minimum 45 hour working week, never switch off, operating on a minimum SOH budget. Maximum returns expected for minimum investment. Sometimes the internal red tape is a challenge.
