Pros
Work with some great people. I have learnt good transferable skills here.
Cons
Can be tense atmosphere as many colleagues are fed up. Found management come across cliquey, and unwilling to help when needed. Double standards/favoritism shown towards certain colleagues. Little appreciation and consideration shown for back of house work -they seem to only care about the sales staff. Contracts not adjusted to reflect working hours resulting in unsteady pay. Paid not much above min wage for a very demanding job, not worth it
