The commission system is terrible. Rather than rewarding individual performance, which is fair, they reward team performance, so even if your selling a lot one month, one person who's not performing could ruin your commission and demotivate you for the rest of the month. There is a lot of stores clustered together, which means that some stores just aren't busy, and that can be quite boring.

Not guided to do well but told have to get care plan if we don't then management don't even what to know you. Adding services to customers purchase by checking customer offers then lowering price of the item there buying then sticking loads of services on and saying it's free. Currys don't care about there customers only care about profit they are abit like are government.
