Pros

Very dinamic, innovative, you inmediately know what is going on at the market. Promotes participation at all levels, tries its best to anticipate market changes. Fairly high mobility, although it depends on where you work. Fair employer and truly cares for the customer.

Cons

Since sales volume is important, if you happen to work in a low movement store you miss a lot of opportunities. Sometimes is hard to reconcile sales targets and customer satifaction, in theory customer comes first but you live from sales margin.

Great culture, lots of fun, good money to be made, good progression and career oppurtunities

Cons

After merger with Best Buy, company/culture/benefits declined rapidly

Pros

Good holiday entitlement, day off for birthday, bonus if sales targets are met, good support from managers, fun work environment, 40% off phone contracts and 30% off anything in the store

Cons

work over the weekends, different working hours - rota changes often, low pay (£6.80 an hour as of November 2012), short shifts , short breaks
