      good money, good discounts, friendly staff, training is very good, usually sent to london for a few days for detailed training

      Cons

      customers, company is becoming quite amercanised, if you dont reach target you dont get a bonus

      The management's incompetence allows those is sales consultant positions - especially part time staff to get away with more simply because the management don't know the proper procedures for disaplinaries etc. Fellow sales staff work as a great team - they are treated with the same lack of respect so are in the same boat Hours tend not to be 4 hour shifts that other shops tend to have - but full days. So travel costs are usually kept to a minimum Good training - simple and effective FIVES training 25 days holiday per year 10% discount plus discounts and promotions with companies like virgin, talk talk, discount on instant replacement and WEHE

      Cons

      Stores usually very quiet so no rotation (changing from tills to The Tech guys, to cashing up, to business centre to sales) everyone has their role Management incompetent in dealing with complaints, procedures, customer service. Usually sales staff know a lot more about the products than management Management tend to hide in their offices rather than helping staff deal with customer complaints or minding the shop floor

      Diverse and everchanging fast paced environment. Generally good fun.

      Cons

      lack of professionalism and professional growth. Immaturity of some, progression based on "who you know" and how long you have been here.
