      Very few. Some good people working there.

      Cons

      Shocking lack of strategic direction. Poor communication. Like being in an old boys club....dont dare challenge anything. Worst communicating I have ever experienced. Poor managers and directors who are self-serving. No togetherness everyone out for themselves. I never experienced and atmosphere like it before where bullying is so openly accepted and slagging othets is a hobby. No progression or real training and development. No autonomy or flexibility even though promised. Would never recommend.

      Pros.... bonuses Your birthday off And chocolates

      Many many downsides a terrible company to work for Forced workers to come in on sick days threatening their probation to be terminated if they don’t come in. More often than not made to work extra hours if closing up. 25% of bonus always deducted due to ridiculous store targets based on footfall when there is a repair geek squad in the store so a lot of people come just for repairs. Lack of leadership or teaching processes just expect you to know what you’re doing Specific to Croydon but definitely heard from other colleagues around the country of the same stories

      None, used to be a few before Dixons took over and got rid of everything. Bonus is crap, commission structure is crap. Just don't work here.

      Everything. From management to commission. Dixons now own cpw. If you value your sanity then don't work here!
