While we do have targets to achieve, our focus is always on the customer. By offering the right products and services to meet their needs, we aim to deliver a great experience while also achieving our store performance goals. We also encourage colleagues to have open and honest conversations with their line managers to help address and resolve any concerns or similar issues.

Pros

- Need to start with the GREAT work-life balance, hybrid is a great model as it boosts productivity - Pay is good (could be better) - Benefits offered are great - Good stock scheme - Colleagues are given a fair chance to advance, upskilling is encourged!

Pros

Very flexible with shifts, and as Currys itself is not what it used to be, you can focus on a customer through the sales process without having to hurry or be rushed.

Cons

High-pressure environment to hit high targets, whilst the products are not worth trying to sell. By products, I mean the Currys services.
