The colleagues run the stores. I am a former store manager with many years experience and IF you dare to try and 'coach' a colleague or adjust their behaviour you will be taken to task for it by your regional manager. The work/life balance is non existent and is not something anyone above RM level cares about (although they work only Mon-Fri). Nobody in the head office support teams works weekends or after 5pm, they all have around 10 days off at Xmas. Basically if you are looking to join this company in a managerial store based role, I would think again.
