colleague discount, bonuses when you sell warranty and addons, lovely co-workers, develop tech knowledge

Cons

Managers are rude and only care about numbers - many bad reviews coming from customers about managers, don't care about personal commitments or health, lots of overtime doesn't stick to contracted hours, training academy is great but only for 3 days, and in-store training is non-existent they expect you to beg them for training
