All colleagues take part in a central induction at The Academy in Fort Dunlop, where they learn about our approach to customer service, meet suppliers, and receive training on the latest technology. In addition, every colleague has access to our online e-learning platform to support ongoing development.

all weekend is working and while meeting my contactual hours expected me to pick up extra shift when i was on half-term and was pressed when saying no to change my mind.
