      Pros

      Very stable Company. A leader in the Industry. This Company has many opportunities. They encourage you to grow. Training is always offered to help you achieve success. There is a wealth of knowledge. Many employees have been here for more than 30 to 40+ years and are always happy to help. I appreciate the fact that this company was truthful about what the job would be like right from the interview process and delivered on providing solid training and advancement.

      The company offers great hours and benefits! As a driver, I am able to be home every night at a reasonable hour! They offer high quality training so that I am able to grow with the company and take advantage of promotional opportunities when they come available!

      Pros

      What I love about working at Curtis Lumber is that you are able to move up in the company. Curtis Lumber is backing you 100%, they invest in you, care about your success. The health benefits and 401k plans are wonderful compared to where I have worked in the past.
