A lot of loyal business. Some Good Co-Workers, Some Bad. Yearly Profit Sharing. Good Hours, Every other weekend off. Good Upper Management.

Cons

Owner/President didn't build the company, so doesn't have the same, or any, respect/loyalty for his employees like the previous Owner/President.
