Pros

Paid PTO, benefits, my own office space, free parking in downtown TO

Cons

Since the change in leadership, I have experienced a significant decline in management support and workplace culture. Expectations often extended beyond my role and responsibilities without adequate resources or recognition. Communication and employee support were inconsistent, creating a stressful and challenging work environment. I felt that concerns raised by employees were not always addressed effectively, and there appeared to be a disconnect between Canadian operations and senior leadership. The overall atmosphere became increasingly negative, which impacted morale and made coming to work feel stressful and anxiety-inducing

Pros

Projects with some well known companies and work with great GCs but doesn’t outweigh cons

Cons

Poor direct leadership. Unstable team and disruptive work environment. Cannot separate work and home life balance. Overworked employees and jokes about never finishing to do lists. Disorganized chaos and HIGH turnover.
