High-energy workplace. Very bright people. Young employees can learn a lot and other employers are happy to hire them.

Cons

You can get stuck at a low-level job, and the only way to move up is to leave the company. Benefits should be better.

Cons

Promotion into a brokerage position at Cushman and Wakefield for an inexperienced person is difficult. They tend to hire seasoned brokers.
