Pros

Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

Cons

Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.

Pros

Working at Cushman & Wakefield has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a Procurement & Sourcing Lead, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals across diverse business functions while driving strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver meaningful value to the organization and our clients. What sets Cushman & Wakefield apart is its strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The leadership team fosters an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and employees are empowered to make decisions that positively impact business outcomes. The company places a strong emphasis on ethical business practices, supplier partnerships, sustainability, and operational excellence, which aligns closely with modern procurement principles. I particularly value the supportive culture and the opportunities for professional growth. Cross-functional collaboration is highly encouraged, allowing procurement teams to work closely with stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, manage risk, and optimize supplier performance. The organisation genuinely invests in its people and provides opportunities to develop new skills and expand responsibilities. Cushman & Wakefield also maintains a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to clients while creating a positive and inclusive workplace for employees. It is a company where hard work is recognized, achievements are celebrated, and individuals are encouraged to contribute to long-term success. I would highly recommend Cushman & Wakefield to procurement professionals seeking a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding environment where they can make a tangible impact while continuing to grow their careers.

Cons

Because Cushman & Wakefield is such a large and diverse organisation, there is always something happening. While it can be busy, it provides exposure to a wide range of projects, stakeholders, and career development opportunities.
