Pros

They give me a pay check and depending on who your client is you can either have a long and stressful day do nothing all day but stair at the wall or get to do whatever you want

Cons

No room to move up They will do whatever they can to not give you 40 hours - they will give you less if they can vs more. Some management can be rude.
