I love working with such a diverse group of people. The willingness of the management team to leverage the life and work experience of all it's employees is refreshing. The continual efforts to create, nurture, and value that feeling of team and family are real and meaningful.

Cons

Working for a Company that is on a growth trajectory can prevent challenges when it come to the need to pivot or adjust the Company's plans or focus. Custom Ink is there now but the management team goes to great lengths to be as open as possible about the reasons behind the changes and how they relate to our continued growth as a Company and as a team.

Friendly, approachable c suite and management, work expectations are low.

Cons

There are always updates and changes. It gets exhaustive. They really should focus more on ownership and I think they would not have the issues they have with 60% of orders.
