Pros

Benefits, atmosphere, co-workers, Team environment team, food

Cons

Lack of humanity. Custom Ink is turning in to a strict numbers business, when it used to have heart as well. The new management doesn't seem to have the same consideration for it's employees as it once did. The role that I was in was constantly evolving with more tasks and ask being added on and without proper consideration of bandwidth. Seniority and tenure matter nothing.

Pros

Things change and happen fairly often as far as promotions and changing teams. If you work hard, you'll progress and get promoted fairly quickly. You're fed twice a week, and there's always snacks.

Cons

Some teams can be clique like but everyone is nice. Compensation could be better.

Pros

- The people. This place is full of hilarious, fun-loving, genuine & caring folks. It is wild that in my five years here & in 20 years as a business, Custom Ink is able to maintain its culture & hire the best of the best. - The benefits. WOW! The health insurance plan here is amazing! - The environment. The company cares about its employees & wants to ensure everyone is comfortable, happy & healthy. They pay for catered lunches once a week & a catered snack once a week, they discount your health insurance payment per check if you are a generally healthy person, they do mini chair massages twice a year, the list goes on! - The facility. There is a small gym on-site, locker rooms with showers, a private breast pumping room for new moms, a game room with puzzles, video games, etc. & even a virtual doctor's office where you can schedule a video chat with a doctor rather than going to urgent care. All of that, on top of a generally well-kempt & modern building.

Cons

- Constant change. Change is great, to a degree, because it means the company listens to feedback, grows from it & learns from their own mistakes. Custom Ink can sometimes make changes too abruptly without thoughtful preparation & it impacts everyone on the front lines more than the higher-ups tend to realize. - Young employees. While having young employees can be a pro & a con for various reasons, I do find that there can be a bit of drama among the employees considering they aren't very professionally mature yet.
