      Pros

      - great coworkers -food twice a week (Tuesdays are snack days and Thursdays are full lunch) it rotates around local places - lots of snacks in the office - beautiful building - easy to make bonuses - interested in project ideas

      Cons

      - work can be repetitive - management is iffy in dealing with issues - not a lot of of opportunity for advancement
