To address the layoffs, Custom Ink closed two of our production facilities in January, impacting 358 people in Reno, NV and Charlottesville, VA, due to increasing production costs and tight labor markets. About 400 team members remain employed in other roles in those locations. We also supported Inkers through their transition with generous severance packages and an extended benefits period.
