Cons

Sub-par compensation. Lay offs of American employees in favor of off shore jobs to make more profit. This company used to pride itself on its Inker community, now it only cares about profit.

Good PTO, some holidays. Great employees, everyone is nice. Good healthcare - Covid shots are required for the low price.

Cons

No commission - bonus structure is difficult to calculate. Ask the hiring manager how the bonus is measured. No HR department RM addresses concerns with “it could be worse” in all inker meetings

Free snacks and a good amount of days off

Cons

Awful management, different rules for different people, didn’t care about employees at all. Managers would gossip about inkers personal lives to other employees. One of my managers told me about an inkers dad dying in disturbing detail and it made me really uncomfortable
