      Pros

      - in every position you receive a lot of responsibility and trust - lots of opportunity for advancement - dynamic job - offer internships for people already employed in the company and want to learn about other area - everyone is extremely friendly and respectful - extremely nice office space - constant snacks and catered food

      Our co-founder and president care about team members. I trust in their leadership of the company. I am treated with respect and feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Sometimes I think people are afraid to speak up about how they feel about things out of fear. They say everything is great when that's not the case.
