Pros
Benefits- they are all good, but just to give you a little scope it only cost me $90 to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled with full anesthesia. It is young and growing and they are open to creative solutions. Definitely not a stagnant place to work.
Cons
Expectations are not always equally balanced among all teams. There could be more discussions and understanding between departments about there functionality.
