Thanks for the review! You’ve listed some of my favorite things about Custom Ink, specifically, the strength and connection between our team members and the focus on development. Our hiring process does feel long, but it gives you a chance to get to really know Custom Ink as much as we get to know you. Inkers tell us that on their first day it feels like they already know so many people and have a pretty good feeling about what’s it going to be like here. On the salary side, we’re never going to be the highest paying Sales organization. We feel really good about the combination of our base, commission, and benefits program for our Sales roles.
