I disliked the working hours which is a beating over time, very repetitive, etc. Performance bonus structure is a little unfair.

- Pay is average (those that say it's awful obviously don't know any better as this is their first real job out of college) - A few bitter, entitled, bad seeds that expect promotions, tons of money for a mostly entry level job, and constant praise (my parents warned me about these peers) - Due to communication across departments and locations, sometimes people can be aggressive/defensive (not the norm, but it comes up) - Technology needs improvement!
