Pros

A company that truly cares about their customers, employees and the community. Great compensation package and outstanding benefits. For those who work hard, advancement is real and happens every day!

Cons

Truly none! I cannot complain one bit about my position here, since I'm truly happy and my coworkers that I know are happy too.

Pros

Causual dress. Will bond with sales team members.

Cons

Management talks to you like a child. Micromanaging, and condescending. "Anonymous" surveys will stay that way IF you rate them well. If you do not you will hear about it. New bonus structure, if you miss hitting any mark you do not get a bonus. The salary is okay but low. Management thinks it is competitive. Do not speak up if you do not like something. They have a simple solution, they fire you. It is very cult like and you can tell those who "drank the kool-aid." It borders on creepy. Back to micromanaging, anything you do will be monitored and questioned. It is glorified retail. Mandatory OT. You have to maintain an almost psychotic level of happiness in all interactions, whether talking to a co-worker or on phone. It is incredibly fake and the customers know. You can get MOD's for making mistakes which affects your pay even if the company is acting like it doesn't, they love to assume we are morons. Do not practice common sense and just Do anything. we all must talk to everyone and determine it is okay. Get everything in writing. There is nowhere to advance to. Part of your pay is snacks and lunch on Thursday.

Pros

- I do think Marc Katz has great intentions and is a good guy, but I fear he is in the dark about what really goes on, especially down through the order ops roles that keep the company going. - As a single, unmarried person, benefits are great. - Free lunch is nice and a lot of the people are really awesome - I've made some lifelong friends and it's a shame that a few slimy people can really ruin the company. - Personal leave is very generous - however, be aware of the about 6 months of blackout dates. - Usually pretty accommodating if you need a shift switch, depending on manager and department.

Cons

- As many others have stated, it is essentially CustomInk high school, no matter what location you're in. Play the game, get in with the popular kids. Just doing a good job is not enough. - Again, others have said, management is very young, very reactionary, and does NOT handle tough situations well. - ALWAYS get EVERYTHING in writing. Myself and others have been hurt by not doing this. - I'm 90% sure "mandatory overtime" isn't actually a legal thing...but I could be wrong. - Be careful about what you say and who you say it to. Nothing is private. - Don't say no. Don't act up. Drink the cool-aid. If you don't, you will be blacklisted, yes, that is a real thing, and I've seen many people experience being on the blacklist. - The compensation guidelines are a joke. No raises- except for this new program they implemented as a "loyalty bonus" but really relies on your numbers and resets if you go to a different department or profile.
