We appreciate your taking the time to write this review. We’re so happy that you had a positive time working with us. The environment overall is wonderful and easily the best company I've worked for. I don't dread going to work.
Pay is definitely based on how hard you work, and how few people above you that you irritate. So you can earn really good money if you work hard and don't cause waves.
They feed you all the time with catering and free snacks.
Insurance is wonderful and mostly covered by the company as long as you don't smoke.
Cons
Obvious hierarchy of favoritism in upper management. If you're not part of the favorites, you're unlikely to ever be.
Group mentality is great for teamwork, but everyone is told to do better because of few individuals dragging the group down. Underperformers are given too many chances, and it drags down everyone else.
Can become monotonous in many positions.
