      Pros

      Heath care, breaks, and snacks.

      Cons

      - Unreasonable sales goal, that will prevent you from getting your bonus. - Will have employees working in store alone. - Will change your sales goals without notice. - Outdated sales strategy. - Does not meet turn around on Rush orders, customers will blame because you are the face if in at store level. - A lot of issues in the production level: product done incorrectly, and incorrectly shipping. - No accountability from management - Diversity is only on the store level, and not in upper management

      Pros

      Custom Ink does go above and beyond to make sure employees are taken care of. They have paid leave, a reasonable schedule and everyone is willing to answer questions and address concerns.

      Cons

      Working weekends isn’t great. It can be quiet working with a small crew.
