great and friendly workers on production floor, good location, minimal skills required to start, interesting work, things to learn on a daily basis

Cons

very little honest compassion and awareness from higher ups, minimal compensation/benefits, emotion used to coerce into non-mandatory overtime, decisions frequently made without any input or consideration of bottom employees, unkept agreements
