It’s a very well organized company, meaning you get plenty of training before starting the job and you are always aware of the key metrics that will be reviewed at the end of year for performance
Cons
The pay is a little low for the amount of work. And fighting for a pay raise just gets you nowhere. You’ll need to be satisfied with the amount you first agree upon when entering the company
