Extremely high turnover - management is at guilt because there is not focus on the staff. there is no connection what so ever. The company is growing and the management attitude is that the already shrunk team will phase no problems what so ever because each company is just another "sum formula." The processes are outdated and very manual. The accounting system is Oracle but an outdated version. So much of your time will be spent on edition raw data only to copy some info to another excel file. no camaraderie in the team and everyone is looking to leave right now. The company is growing and is obviously preparing to increase its worth and prepare to be bought. It's a huge startup in the CEO's mind but it has grown too big to function as one. All what I say is about the HQ Accounting team. Other departments are hopefully very happy. The senior management has symbols of their political party out in the open. In a company build by an immigrant and in an office environment with many more people from all races, this particular political party is reprieved as rather offensive.
